5V Regulator module AMS1117 Voltage regulator

The AMS1117 series of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide output current of up to 1A and work differentially down to 1V input-to-output. The device's dropout voltage is guaranteed to be 1.3V maximum, reducing at lower load currents. This is a simple voltage regulator, based on the AMS1117-5.0V integrated circuit.
