The FP5138 is a regulator power IC boost topology switch for battery-used field applications. The FP5138 provides a single output totem pole for driving NPN transistor or N-MOS, a high precision reference (0.5V) for comparing output voltage with feedback amplifier, an internal time-limit control to control the total duty cycle, programmable soft start with short circuit protection function and logic level control for operating mode or standby mode.
